Change Or Cancel Order

We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please review our policy below:

Service Order Changes: 

• You may request changes to your order (e.g., file updates, service level adjustments) within 2 hours of placing it. 
• After 2 hours, we cannot guarantee changes, as work may have already begun.
• Additional charges may apply for substantial changes to the original request. 

Service Order Cancellations:

• Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested within 2 hours of placing the order and work has not started.
• If the work has already begun, a partial refund of up to 50% may be issued based on the progress completed. 
• No refunds will be issued once the service is fully delivered.

Book Order Changes and Cancellations:

• Our books are printed on demand. As such, you may request to cancel your book order within 1 hour of your purchase. 
• After 1 hour, we cannot guarantee cancellation or refund as printing may have already begun.
